The company moved into serving the growth of the Hospitality industry, being instrumental in the development of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai – Kailua Kona along with the Marriott Wailea Beach Resort on Maui. Trans-Pacific Realty Inc. has also moved into the Management of Short-Term Rental units managing just shy of 100 units throughout Waikiki in Honolulu.
